The news this evening includes the proposal for a new day care, which is off to a good start. Interested parents and community members are working on securing a building, lots to put in on, people to run it, and licensing all at the same time, as well as the ever present problems of funding. Way to go folks! Perhaps it can even provide some volunteer hours for some of us frustrated grandparents who's grandchild lives in Florida!
