It was stricty for clothing. We had been given 2 packs of red shopping bags with handles, so we used them. We felt it went well. we had it for two weeks, that was about 6 shopping days because the Shoppe was open 3 days a week then. We sold about 10 bags then, I think. (I was on a trip myself, so wasn't there to help). We definitely want to do it again when we change seasons, to help get rid of the seasonal clothing. Dawna, We charged $3.00 for the bag. We're thinking about doing a bag sale where they purchase a bag when they walk in and whatever they can stuff into the bag is theirs to keep!
