So far I've found out that the was a Memorial placed in the WWII era. I'll encourage Josh and Justin, the young men who are preparing a web site for Tyndall at www.tyndallsd.com, to put more information on the site along with a photo. What a great project started by your Horizons group! People always have items to donate and this is a great way for people to shop locally so the money can be put back into the community. We can also tell people that it is open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and possibly on Thursdays in the near future. It is amazing that VOLUNTEERS are keeping this business open and a huge example of positive structural change that has resulted from Horizons. We can also tell people that dollars earned are returned to projects within the community of Tyndall ( after expenses). Stop and shop!
