City Council Meeting

All who are able to attend the Tyndall city council meeting  to help support the Horizon’s project in establishing the Round Up program please meet at the City Council room January 7,  2008 at 7:45  PM. Hope to see you.

    Just to add: The Round-up Program would be voluntary by the residents of Tyndall. The plan would be that when you get the electric bill, you could choose to “round up” the amount to the next dollar. ( If your bill is 71. 37, you could round up to 72.00). That amount would go into a Community Fund which would then be disbursed into the community ( by a board of directors) for our local projects such as food pantry. The round-up program would be one more way in which Horizons has influenced actions in our community to aid in the battle against the many faces of poverty.
